[vfio-users] AMD ReLive not working in Windows 10

I know someone who is not using uefi, with R9 Fury Nano (but also as
secondary) and it also works for him.
I had problem with installing drivers when I had cpu host-passthrough
(it broke topology) and hypervisor enabled (not sure which one was
causing it).
