[vfio-users] issues with secondary display configurations

Some people have mentioned using the passthrough as a secondary display

A few potential issues come to mind:

a) how do you know if startup problems occur, especially for a Windows
VM? Is it possible to connect to the primary with VNC or the Spice
client and see the rescue mode or BSOD or whatever is wrong?

b) once a Windows VM is running, what is meant by disabling the primary
/ emulated graphics? Do you mean going into the Windows Device Manager,
for example, and clicking the Disable button for the device? Or just
disabling it in the control panel for multiple desktop layout?

c) For applications that are sensitive to the choice of hardware and
driver (for example, games, AutoCAD, 3ds Max), does the presence of an
emulated display pose any problems, even if it is disabled or if the
application window is only on the passthrough display?
