One thing I am noticing with kernel 4.4 KVM is that using scsi-block
for direct hard-drive passthrough through virtio-scsi seems to be
broken or changed. With equivalent kernel configs betweeen 4.1.15 and
4.4.0, on 4.4.0 no hard drives appear to Windows guest during OS
installation using scsi-block, while they show up fine in 4.1.15 and
can be installed to.
