[vfio-users] intel skylake passthrough

Hello again,
for your attention,
I add   " { PCI_VENDOR_ID_INTEL, 0x9d70, pci_quirk_mf_endpoint_acs },  "
in drives/pci/quirck.c  from a 4.4.0 linux kernel,
and skylake internal sound card is now in it's own group, some test with
windows guest vm seems to be ok ( sound from audio jack and hdmi )
