[vfio-users] Which next steps in GPU passthrough

Hi.

Same story like with my Skylake 6700K. You need to unplug one of your 
GeForce cards and use integrated intel graphics for debian host. Or if 
you have enough room in your case, put one of the cards into last long 
pcie slot on motherboard. Last one should get iommu group from PCH which 
should be different that cpu group 1 (at least that is how it works on 
Z170 chipsets).
