[vfio-users] Performance problems with kernel 4.12.14

I recently updated my Fedora 26 kernel from 4.12.13 to 4.12.14 and
notice a marked worsening in Windows 10 gaming performance with my GTX-
1050. Host is an i7-3770, 16GB RAM (8GB hugepages) and 2 CPUs (4
threads) pinned. Both graphics and sound have become noticeably jerky
to the point of being almost unusable. Reverting to kernel 4.12.13
makes the problem go away.

Has anyone else seen this?
