[vfio-users] Using the emulated chipset Q35 (3.0) instead of i440fx fixes the VM CPU idle usage resulting in power savings - PSA

I thought everyone should know

Using Q35 (automatic 3.0) instead of i440fx fixes the VM CPU idle usage
resulting in power savings, previously with the emulated 440 I would
have 40-50% of one core being used idle but now it idles properly
without using CPU for no reason.

Has anyone else noticed this? any thoughts as to why?
