[vfio-users] A hack for iGVT-g dma buf mouse cursor issues

KVMGT support gtk-gl UI as a DMA Buf output for local host, which seems to provide better performance than egl-headless spicy. However, the display resolution fails to match that of the native displays. See https://github.com/intel/gvt-linux/issues/44

For gtk window to scale to full screen or a desirable window size, a patch is applied to qemu to convert positions in the mouse events between window coordinates and gl surface ones. Is it a good idea to submit this to upstream?
