We found out this process yesterday. I'm not personally up to bureau
circle(this might not make any sense to you) right now. May be in some
meantime.

There are just some steps which do require effort and my aim, and hope,
is Czech translations might, magically, hit some user(s) of
libvirt/virt-manager whom might get interested into getting it
translated(= improve translations). I presume they might be using
translated version, due to Czech locale, yet don't even know about it,
because there are few translated messages. Now, it's going to be in
Czech - wow(although some rubbish).
I don't know if libvirt/virt-manager has any l10n/i18n PR; in other
words do-translate-encouragement. May be it should. On the other hand,
there are languages with 50%+ translated content, so may be
libvirt/virt-manager isn't so popular in Czech republic. I don't know.
