This doesn't look like it's documented anywhere outside the source.

It appears that the full filter name will be a string like
"file.<source>" where <source> is the source filename, so something
like "file.remote.c"

The filter can match on a substring, so when you apply the filter (eg)
"remote" it would match this string.

Thus the list of filters is related to the source filenames, but for
most things you can just use the driver name.
