glib-compile-schemas is part of glib2, try installing that

These aren't needed to install the package, but make sure you have all
the Requires you can find in the specfile:

pygobject3
gtk3
libvirt-glib
gnome-python2-gconf
libxml2-python
vte3
gtk-vnc2
spice-gtk3
intltool
/usr/bin/pod2man
libvirt-python
libxml2-python
python-urlgrabber
python-ipaddr

These should install (either directly or by their dependencies) all
that's needed.
