Sean, you are right. I tried to reproduce this and got the same results. I must
have used the admin user by mistake when I thought I was using a translator.

In regards to the new team coordinator "role" in the system, should those get
push privileges for their language and all projects? What about translators?
Seems to me translators should be allowed to push translations to the language
teams which they belong to.
