Do you mean the language list page (the page after you select version) should
show as:

1)

doc 1 -+- de
       +- ja

doc 2 -+- de
       +- ja

----

or 2:

de -+- doc1
    +- doc2

ja -+- doc1
    +- doc2
.....

Or something else?
