Description of problem:
When click on "Delete" link in "Manage User" page, unexpected error is
generated.

1.5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as Admin in Zanata. 
2. Go to "Manage User" page under "Administration" section.
3. Click "Delete" on one of the user.

Actual results:
Unexpected error page displayed.

Expected results:
User got deleted from the system.
