Hi Parag

I make some test, pushing and pulling with 1.3.8 of zanata-python-client, there
is no empty msgctxt in file.
I remember there is bug related to empty msgctxt pushed to server:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=820046
So i suspect these empty msgctxt are pushed by old python client wrongly and
already exist in server database. 

Maybe you could push source and translations to server again with new python
client 1.3.8, i think that empty msgctxt line should not be exist after that
operation.
