Description of problem:

A bad request from the python client v1.3.5 of the python client (fixed in
1.3.7) triggers an internal error in the server.  

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Server 1.6.0, python client 1.3.5

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. find a project in zanata
2. zanata pull [don't specify --noskeletons]

Actual results:
501 error, caused by server-side error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unsupported
Extensions within this context: comment?skeletons

Expected results:
server should respond with BAD_REQUEST, not INTERNAL_ERROR
