Description of problem:
Python client failed to put previously translated translation(s) over the
server
while executing 'zanata publican push' command
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
zanata python client version: 1.3.5, zanata server API version: 1.5.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1. git clone
git+ssh://git.app.eng.bos.redhat.com/srv/git/RHEL6-Release_Notes.git
2.

publican update_pot
publican update_po --langs=all
git add .
git commit
git push
zanata publican push
Actual results:
The updated strings are pushed to the Zanata server (and are available for
translation), but previous translation(s) present over the server are lost
completly.
Expected results:
The updated strings are pushed to the Zanata server (and are available for
translation), and previous translation(s) present over the server should be
retained.
