I have just tested on master-nukes as admin to delete users.

When I tried to delete user who has done any translation, it says "This user
cannot be removed from the system. You can deactivate the user instead.  
Transaction failed"

And when I tried to delete user who hasn't done any translation such as yshao,
it deleted the user.

I believe this is no longer a bug in 2.0. Can Alex please confirm? Thanks.
