Found a way to prevent Zanata to display pilcrow literally as text, which leads
to copy and paste result in an actual pilcrow appearing in translation.

Now there is no way copy and paste (inside Zanata) will cause pilcrow character
in translation. If you deliberately need to input pilcrow, you will know it.

Validation won't be implemented in this release as it's more involved.
