Using Windows server and client (2008 r2 server and win 7 client) 
All .po file retrieved with the maven plugin are encoded with using default
system  
encoding (ISO-8859-1). 

Po file must be written in utf-8 (as specified inside the file) by default, or
a properties must be set to change encoding (also inside the file) if choosen
by user.

Zanata server version 2.0.2
Maven plugin version 2.0.2 SNAPSHOT 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use a window client 
2. try mvn zanata:pull for a project 
3.
Actual Results:  
.po files are encoded in ISO-8859-1

Expected Results:  
.po must be encoded in UTF-8
