Second version to be pushed

Two of the affected strings in jasperserver_messages.properties for Japanese
are error.not.empty.trigger.hours and SEARCH_TYPE_ADHOC_REPORTS.

These strings haven't changed between the two versions provided by Yuko, which
seems to destroy my theory.
