Description of problem:
If a project maintainer clicks on a language in the language tab, then removes
that language from the group, the language still shows in the table

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dev

How reproducible:
Moderate, always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign in as admin, go to Groups, select a group
2. If there are no languages, add one (go to settings -> languages, Add)
3. If there are no projects, add one (go to setting -> Projects, Add)
4. Go to the languages tab
5. Click a language so that the prokect shows in the right hand table
6. Go to settings -> languages
7. Remove the language
8. Click the languages tab

Actual results:
The language still shows in the right hand table

Expected results:
If the language in the table is the same as the removed language, it should be
cleared/reset
