Thanks for your input. I agree that having the user approval pending list is
good way to keep track for language maintainers to know who are still waiting
for approval.

Since this RFE is covering all the basic notification system, I will try to
list the important and basic user notification features we would like to
introduce and estimate the effort according to the scope.

The first basic notification request:

1. User Approval Pending List for Language Maintainers - on user dashboard?
