  Add and modify eclipse launchers.

New eclipse lauchers:
mvn verify: Runs a maven clean and verify.
mvn integration-test -Dmaven.failsafe.debug: Runs Integration tests and waits for a remote debugger to connect. This launcher will skip unit tests.
debug-zanata-integration-test: Will connect to the running maven vm (see previous) to do eclipse debugging of integration tests.

Modified Lauchers:
Integration_Tests: This laucher runs Integration tests with the eclipse TestNG plugin. This laucher requires mvn package before it runs correctly.
