  rhbz1056866 Remove unsupported file types from upload

The upload button indicates flat ODF, OpenOffice database and
OpenOffice formula files are supported.
None of this is true, so remove the extensions from the list and
remove the ability to upload .odb and .odf files.
Also add IDML to the list.
