  both app server and db run in docker containers

This revision deactivates the MobProxy as there seems to
be a problem when webdriver tries to connect through the
proxy.

  modifications to the functional test docker images

use mysql instead of mariadb
allow for a quick change to mariadb when necessary
automatically bind the db port to a free port on the host
