[zanata-devel] Database changes in master branch

Zanata developers:

Due to recent changes of database schema in both http://github.com/zanata/zanata/pull/888, http://github.com/zanata/zanata/pull/900 and merges of some changeset to reduce deployment downtime, 
developers that have deployed Zanata after commit https://github.com/zanata/zanata-server/commit/e0d4415b9c486eddd7e2cd3ab5703088fd3db6fe are required use new database, or any database prior 3.7 in order to get the changeset work.

This change is not affecting anyone who deployed from release branch, https://github.com/zanata/zanata-server/tree/release.
