[zanata-users] Maven & pull request encoding specification

Ah yes, the plugin should be setting the encoding to UTF-8, instead of
assuming it. Would you mind submitting a bug?
In the meantime, I think you can work around it by using the Maven
option '-Dfile.encoding=UTF8'
eg mvn -Dfile.encoding=UTF8 zanata:pull
Alternatively, you could set the environment variable 'MAVEN_OPTS' to
'-Dfile.encoding=UTF8', although that might affect other things in your
Maven builds.
