Linus Torvalds talks Linux, open source, GIT and more with TED

In a TED Talk this past February, Linus Torvalds talked about how Linux, GIT and the open source process came to be what they are today, along with a bit of insight into what growing up as Linus Torvalds was like.

Linus talked a lot about the benefits of the open source process, a process that enables people with different skill sets and different strengths to collaborate in a productive way. This is something that shines through in our open source organizational strategy here at Red Hat. We feel that an open organization maximizes innovation potential.
