Red Hat prides itself on offering one of the industry’s most robust and comprehensive training and certification programs in the industry. The people that make up the Red Hat Training team are a key differentiator for us in this area. That’s why we’re proud to announce that Danielle Tomlinson, senior director of Red Hat Training, was named by Training magazine as a winner of its 2012 Top Young Trainer awards, which honor the top 40 training professionals age 40 and under. According to Training, the awards program is based on co-worker or industry peer nominations and “highlights emerging young leaders in the training industry and gives them the well-deserved opportunity to be recognized.”

Danielle’s recognition reflects her continuous drive to improve Red Hat’s training and certification business, including supporting the overhaul of Red Hat’s curriculum development processes and the launch of new cloud, middleware and virtualization-focused courses, along with her focus on growing Red Hat’s enterprise training offerings. As part of the Red Hat Training team, Danielle also works with the global training teams to build best practices through new processes, partnerships and technology. Danielle works alongside a passionate team of Red Hat Training leaders across all regions who bring both deep Red Hat and industry-wide experience to the company’s global training programs.

Congratulations to Danielle and the entire Red Hat Training team on this honor, and watch for Danielle’s profile in the May/June 2012 issue of Training magazine online at www.trainingmag.com.
