Red Hat announced it is collaborating with NVIDIA to bring a new wave of open innovation around emerging workloads like artificial intelligence (AI), deep learning and data science to enterprise datacenters around the world.

GitHub recently published their latest annual State of the Octoverse report, which details the top open source projects hosted on GitHub. Out of 96 million repositories, Ansible came in at #7 with 7500 contributors, followed by Kubernetes at #8 with 6500 contributors. Red Hat as an organization also came in third in overall contributors to GitHub repositories with 3300, behind only Microsoft and Google.
