About the event
The Containers and Cloud-Native Roadshow is a unique hands-on experience for building, deploying, and managing containerized cloud-native applications using industry-standard open source technologies. Focused on educating and enabling attendees based on their role (Ops or Dev), you'll learn how Red Hat® OpenShift changes the way you run mission-critical applications.

Know before you go
Operations Track:
Participants should have a systems administration/storage/operations focus, with the following suggested tools and/or skills:
- An SSH client on your laptop (PuTTY for Windows preferred)
- Competency on the Linux® command line
- A general/high-level understanding of Linux containers (e.g., Docker, CRI-O, etc.)
- A general/high-level understanding of authentication (e.g., LDAP/AD)
Developer Track:
Participants are expected to be familiar with general application development concepts and have basic skills with the following:
- Java programming
- Apache Maven build tool
- Linux command line
- Containers and Docker

Requirements

Senior Solutions Architect, Thailand

Supannee is a senior solutions architect and has over a decade of experience in the IT field. She has worked with many enterprise customers across ASEAN to architect, design, and implement middleware solutions including SOA, ESB, BPM, DevOps, and Container Platform technologies. She has been Level 2-certified as an IT Specialist in Application Integration and Middleware from the Open Group Certified IT Specialist (Open CITS) Program.

Stephen Bylo
Senior Solutions Architect, Singapore

Stephen has over 20 years’ experience in IT, working in both development and operations. Since 2010 he has been focusing on Cloud technologies, working in various capacities to implement automation for CI/CD projects and working with development teams to architect cloud-native applications. Now, at Red Hat, he is helping customers understand the benefits of PaaS and Linux container technologies as part of the customers’ DevOps and Cloud journeys.

He has proven capabilities in transition and transformation of traditional brownfield datacenters by providing technology and processes assessments, gap analysis, and proposing future state architecture and remediation methodologies.

Preecha Khomvilai

Preecha is a solutions architect in Thailand and has over 10 years of experience in operations, support, delivery, and architect roles in enterprise IT. He is mainly responsible for architecting and delivering technical solutions for customers using Red Hat technology. Prior to Red Hat, Preecha worked for a telecommunications company managing IT infrastructure to support business strategies.
