After 25 years in IT, working with a very diverse range of products and solutions from desktop to datacenter, Øivind now shares his experience and enthusiasm to help customers develop IT strategies that alignes technology with business needs. He is also a firm believer in the importance of working with culture and communication in organizations, to gain the most of investments in technology.

He is experienced in efficient development and delivery, for workloads such as business logic, web services and edge/IoT. As a Senior Solutions Architect at Red Hat his areas of expertise range from Digitalization, Automation, DevOps, Open source methods and adaptations, automation across hybrid cloud computing and data centers.

Johan Odell is a Senior Cloud | Infra Solution Architect at Red Hat with a background specialised in datacenter, virtual- and cloud infrastructure. He helps organisations to adopt open source, improve efficiency and enable innovation through emerging technologies and transformative approaches.

Johnny is an avid Open Source supporter and has been working within the IT industry for more than 20 years. At Red Hat he's working within the cloud and infrastructure domain but has a broad and passionate interest in IT in general and how it can help orgranizations and customers.

Mikael Diwing is an experienced Solution Architect with a demonstrated history of helping large companies to succeed in the application economy. He has a technical background within the areas of Integration Development, API Management and API Security. As a Solution Architect at Red Hat he is passionate about next generation architectures, including modern tools and frameworks for application and integration development. He is on a daily mission to help people better understand the value and innovation that Red Hat and Open Source brings into these areas.

Henrik Løvborg helps businesses and developers make the most of open source. He has been working with the IT industry for more than 17 years and has broad and passionate interest in cloud-native development and takes this to customers whether they’re looking for a reboot of their development efforts or the best approach to start modernising. As a Senior Solutions Architect he believes in digging for that understanding to make sure the real issues are addressed.

Torbjörn is an lifelong learner how to solve challenges with innovate technology. He has been working with IT infrastructure for close to 30 years, starting with System V - now enjoying RHEL Core OS and containers in hybrid cloud setup. Passionate of finding clean, scalable solutions that truly supports IT-operations, developers and end-users.

Martin has over 20 years of experience working in the IT industry and has been throughout his career been focusing on Application Development, Java and Middleware technologies. He is currently a Principal Solution Architect and team leader in the Red Hat Nordics Solution Architect team.

Robert Börjesson is an experienced IT manager and current Product Owner for CI/CD DevOps at the Swedish Public Employment Service, Stockholm. CI/CD DevOps is the team that not only builds the new internal cloud, but also provides support to our Agile development teams in everything related to pipelines. CI/CD DevOps work closely with the teams and give them the conditions they need to be able to take on full DevOps responsibility. Throughout his career, he has been acknowledged for his strategic and creative contributions and led IT both as IT program manager and IT manager with an unbroken focus on efficient delivery and customer value, in both the private and public sectors. He has vast experience in the fields of service delivery and value chains. Robert has been with the Swedish Public Employment Service for 7 years in various roles, but has worked hard to establish CI/CD DevOps over the past 3 years.

Eero Arvonen is responsible for designing and implementing cloud native software solutions on the OpenShift platform. Eero has been with Suomen Asiakastieto for 4 years. In this time, he's built disruptive new services not only within Open Banking but also in the real estate space. An engineer at heart, Eero also has a mind for business and has built reputation as someone who will bridge the gap, always striving to build the best possible solution.

John Corbishley is the Product Owner and Team Manager at Swedbank, for the Container Platform Team and with five years’ experience in operating modern Cloud-native platforms and managing teams of experienced engineers, aims to drive innovation and success in the Bank’s transformation. Prior to this role, he had a successful career as Program Manager in an American multinational technology company, transforming large financial companies onto their outsourcing platforms. A typical day for John is embracing change. Change is steady state for him. It should increase efficiency, improve resilience and security and keep his services ahead of the competition. Outside work his passions are his children, classic cars and dogs.

Rosanna Milovancev is a Container Platform Engineer at Swedbank. She works closely with the application development teams on OpenShift 4 and aims to make sense of the complexity in IT and helps them thrive and have fun as they embrace containerisation. She has 4 years’ experience of operating Cloud native platforms and the complex integrations towards infrastructure that these demand. A passion when she leaves the office is to bake at home.

Jeppe Sigfusson is currently working at VP Securities, a Euronext Company, as Head of Architecture & Technology. For the past 6 years Jeppe has been working at VP Securities managing different departments and common for all has been IT Architecture, Technology and Strategy. 
Jeppe has been working in the financial services industry his whole career. He graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a master in Management Science while working in a Bank. He took interest in technology and application development which kick started his IT Architect and Developer career and later on management.

Eduardo Ibacache Rodriguez is a Digital Expert with a big passion for Technology, People, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Diversity, and Company Culture. He has about 20 years in the IT industry as an Entrepreneur to Intrapreneur, working in Big Corporates in different Leader, Dev, and Architect roles. Eduardo is actively sharing his knowhow in events and in the LinkedIn community, where he has a strong follower base. Eduardo is currently writing on his first book about digital organizations, based on his experiences. He is presently working at Fremtind, where he has a very active role in both Tech and Company Culture building, as Head of Digital Culture & Lead Frontend Architect.
