MeriTalk surveyed 275 federal IT decision makers to find out the reasons why they want to modernize their technology, the steps they have taken, and what barriers they face in those efforts. The study examines progress and challenges within three specific mission areas (healthcare, public safety, and financial services). It also outlines strategies and emerging technologies for integrating legacy systems and unlocking data from those systems.
