Red Hat is proud to announce that Radovan Musil, senior director, Software Engineering for Red Hat in the Czech Republic, has been honoured as one of the country's most influential figures in IT in Computerworld’s prestigious annual Top 30 IT Personalities. The list highlights key influencers who Computerworld believes significantly enrich the region’s IT industry.

Radovan, who heads up the largest Red Hat development centre worldwide, has contributed greatly to the dynamic expansion of Red Hat's team in Brno. Red Hat was recognised as the sixth best employer in the Czech Republic in a recent survey from esteemed Czech publishing house Economia.

After learning about his inclusion in the list, Radovan noted that, “After 12 years in the Czech market, Red Hat is now a well-recognised and respected global brand, backed by cutting-edge technology and innovative academic projects. Red Hat’s educational programs in the Czech Republic are enabling collaboration between industry and academia, and helping to introduce new approaches to education. I’m delighted to have been included in the list, and furthermore that Red Hat’s successes in the region have not gone unnoticed.”
