Come join Red Hat at RSA Security Conference in San Francisco to learn about Red Hat's position on security.
Security and innovation go together. Open technology and security are tightly connected. Rather than relying on one company or development team to create a secure solution, open technology helps industries like public and private sector work together to create their ideal, secure environments.

Red Hat Speaking Session: Why Won't Anyone Listen to Us?
Speaker: Josh Bressers
Friday, March 4, 2016 |10:10- 11:00 am PST
You—we!—are bad at talking to people. Not our friends or other security folks, but normal people. Some of us don’t even know it; this is why nobody takes us seriously or ever considers our ideas. As an industry we do a terrible job of making people understand who we are, why we matter and why security is important. Let’s figure out why and fix it.
The future of security is no longer about prevention. It's about understanding that every organization lives with risk and how to mitigate that risk to an acceptable level.
During this year's RSA Conference, Josh Bressers, senior product manager for Red Hat security, will lead a special breakfast and address the Red Hat view on security for 2016 and beyond.
Topics include: top security trends; how to identify, understand, and react to security risks; and approaches and technologies that can help you mitigate security issues.
Date: March 2, 2016
Location: San Francisco Marriott Marquis, 780 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103
*Breakfast will be provided
