Community is at the heart of everything Red Hat does, which is why we also make it a priority to become active members of our communities wherever possible.
In addition to his role as Red Hat’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, one of the ways Michael Cunningham does this is through his role as Chairman of the National Association of Corporate Directors’ Raleigh Triangle Chapter. In this role, Michael works to help board directors strengthen their leadership to enhance shareholder value and advance dialogue on board governance issues, and to help educate the community on related topics.
On Thursday, June 29, Michael is hosting a panel (open to the public with registration) featuring former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Thomas Walker, who will speak about fraud and fraud prosecution in the U.S., and Andrea Ramsey, a victim of fraud, who will share her experiences and their enduring impact on business and family.
