We’re happy to announce that Red Hat has been named one of the twelve [per the link] best employers in the Czech Republic by global HR consulting and outsourcing firm Aon Hewitt for the fourth time. Red Hat was chosen out of more than 70 organizations that were submitted for consideration.
The recognition is based on an anonymous survey of associates in Red Hat’s Brno, Czech Republic office, which is home to one of our largest engineering teams. Participants rated the company based on three primary criteria: HR policies, opinions of top management, and overall employee feedback. Our Brno associates showed exceptionally high engagement, trust in leadership, and satisfaction with the company -- all of which were driving factors in the company’s selection as one of the region’s best employers .
Red Hat has approximately 9,800 associates worldwide, with more than 85 offices in more than 35 countries. We strive to provide our associates with a unique work environment that fosters creativity and encourages participation from everyone. Our open culture based on collaboration and idea sharing reflects the words of Red Hat CEO Jim Whitehurst, who wrote that successful organizations "inspire, motivate, and empower people at all levels to act with accountability."
Thank you to all of our associates in Brno for participating in the survey, and for all of the work that you do to make Red Hat a great place to work.
