Senior Principal Product Marketing Manager, UK
Richard is the Red Hat Automation Lead for EMEA, recently joined the Ansible team from HSBC. At HSBC, he was a Distinguished Engineer and Chief Architect for Cloud. Richard brings over 16 years of experience in middleware and infrastructure while driving technology change within I.T. organizations with a focus on DevOps. Richard holds a degree in applied mathematics from the University of Salford.

Roland’s career in IT began as a sys admin and consultant for a system integrator specialized in all about Open Source. Quickly getting into project management at that time, he gathered experience in running and automating data centers with all kinds of solutions. Shortly after Roland joined Red Hat in Summer 2015 he was happy to hear that Red Hat acquired Ansible, his preferred tool of choice for automation. Soon Roland became SME for Ansible, and later joined the Ansible Business Unit. When he is not working Roland likes to travel, hike, do martial arts or try to work on some small Open Source projects.
Principal Software Engineer, UK
John is a Principal Engineer in the Ansible Core Engineering team. He joined Red Hat in July 2016. Previous to this he has worked at Alcatel-Lucent initially in QA then technical lead on a number of long term projects and managing the internal sys admin team. He then introduced Ansible into the organisation to standardise infrastructure across two continents. At Red Hat he now works in the Ansible Network team improving testing and documentation. He can be found in the community as "gundalow" orchestrating the Ansible community efforts and the London Meetup. John has a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Manchester. Senior Specialist Solution Architect, UK
Phil is an Ansible Specialist for EMEA. He joined Red Hat on starwars day 2016 from Credit Suisse where he was responsible for the developer tools and services for 3000 applications, developed by 8000 developers globally. Phil's background is primarily application development, specifically Enterprise Java. Phil brings over 18 years of experience in what is now commonly called DevOps. Phil has a Ph.D in applied mathematics from the University of Cardiff.

Senior Specialist Solution Architect, France
Victor is an Ansible Specialist for EMEA, with focus on Network Automation, joining Red Hat from EMC, Unisys and Cisco Systems. Victor started in IT as self-taught Open-source aficionado after doing Linux/BSD 4fun and contributing to maillists/irc, when he was yet at school ~2000ish. As work experience he built Appliances, Applications, Cloud and Technologies in Data Centers Infrastructures from the ground-up for SPs and Enterprise at Worldwide scale. Over the years he has proven his knowledge and experience through multiple industry certifications: Linux (Comptia Linux+), DC Network (CCIE/CCNP/CCDP), Virtualization (VCP3|4|5|5.5|VCP6, VCAP-DCD), Cloud (Openstack), Security (Checkpoint CCSA) and ICAgile DevOPS. Victor is married and father of 1 girl. During his free-time he likes to spend it #1 reading, #2 coding, #3 travelling, #4 eating (who doesn't?) and #5 doing open-air activities (BBQ, see #4).
