Adam Clater, Chief Architect, North America Public Sector, Red Hat
Adam Clater is the Chief Architect of Red Hat's North America Public Sector organization. He works internationally with federal agencies, integrators and Red Hat partners & Communities to promote and define the use of enterprise open source solutions.

Adam has experienced first hand the evolving role that I.T. has played in the federal government for nearly two decades, starting with his role as a Systems Administrator at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1997.




Gunnar Hellekson, Director of Product Management for Red Hat’s Linux, Virtualization, and Atomic container product lines
Gunnar Hellekson is the Director of Product Management for Red Hat’s Linux, Virtualization, and Atomic container product lines. Before that, he was Chief Strategist for  Red Hat’s US Public Sector group.  He is a founder of  Open Source for America, one of Federal Computer Week’s Fed 100 for 2010, and was voted one of the FedScoop 50 for industry leadership. He was a founder of the Military Open Source working group, a member of the  SIIA Software Division Board, the Board of Directors for the  Public Sector Innovation Group, the Open Technology Fund Advisory Council, New America’s  California Civic Innovation Project Advisory Council, and the CivicCommons Board of Advisors. He perks up when people talk about commoditization and the industrial mobilization of World War II. He is also co-host of the Dave and Gunnar Show.

Prior to joining Red Hat, he worked as a developer, systems administrator, and IT director for a number of Internet businesses. He has also been a business and IT consultant to not-for-profit organizations in New York City. During that time, he spearheaded the reform of safety regulations for New York State’s electrical utilities through the Jodie Lane Project.




Paul Maunder, Director, West/Central, Government and Education, Red Hat
Paul Maunder is the West and Central Director of State, Local and Education Sales for Red Hat's Public Sector organization. Maunder is an executive with 10 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams who sell compute, network, storage, security, and software solutions to Global, Commercial, and Public Sector clients across the Western United States.

Maunder holds a bachelor of science degree from California State University.




Julio Villarreal Pelegrino, Chief Architect - Cloud & Infrastructure, Red Hat
Julio Villarreal Pelegrino is an Enterprise Architect and Systems Engineer with over fifteen (15) years of experience in the Software and IT Industry.

Currently, he is a Chief Architect in the Emerging Technology Practice at Red Hat, where he provides open source technology solutions to customers. In this role, Julio helps to architect and implement private and public clouds and translate business needs into use cases and IT solutions.

His extensive experience in large Enterprise computing environments and multiple technologies that include OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ansible, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, VMware vSphere, SAN/NAS, Networking and multiple programming languages, makes him an asset to any organization.

Before joining Red Hat, Julio worked for Oracle and Dell where he held different roles within IT and Services.




Trevor Quinn, Senior Manager, Red Hat
Trevor Quinn leads the North America Container and PaaS Practice for Red Hat Consulting, accelerating application delivery and digital transformation for enterprises through container adoption. Trevor has spent more than 15 years in IT as an analyst, software engineer, architect, and professional services manager and was awarded Red Hat Public Sector Consultant of the Year in 2014 and General H. Hugh Shelton Chairman’s Award in 2018. He has written and spoken about the intersection of DevOps and PaaS in articles and conference presentations.




Jennifer Saha, Director, Public Sector Councils, CompTIA
Jennifer oversees CompTIA’s State & Local Government and Education (SLED) and Human Services IT Advisory Group (HSITAG) public sector councils, focused on member technology companies and their efforts to do business with governments. CompTIA is a non-profit trade association serving as the leading voice of the information technology industry – the driving force behind productivity growth and job creation, representing premier technology companies of all sizes. With approximately 2,000 member companies, 3,000 academic and training partners and more than two million IT certifications issued, CompTIA is dedicated to advancing industry growth through educational programs, market research, networking events, professional certifications and public policy advocacy.

Prior to joining CompTIA, Jennifer worked for over a decade in executive levels of California State Government on procurement, strategic planning and economic development issues including appointments at the Governor’s Office, Business, Transportation and Housing Agency, Department of Finance and Department of General Services. She studied managerial economics at UC Davis for her bachelor’s degree and received her Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California (fight on!).




Kingsley Swamidoss, Lead Architect, Perspecta
Kingsley Swamidoss is the Lead Architect at Perspecta. Kingsley leads the solution development team for Perspecta's Pension practice.
