Dominik, Red Hat Chairman’s award winner, joined Red Hat in 2011, where he started as a solution architect and employee number two on the Swiss Sales team. Dominik was part of the team that secured the first Red Hat OpenShift win in EMEA. As head of TechSales, his work centers on expanding the TechSales team in Switzerland.

Jürgen Hoffmann has over a decade long experience in open source before he moved to Red Hat Consulting in 2011. During his developer days he worked with Linux, Java EE, Spring and other technologies. 2014 he moved into the pre-sales team as chief architect for financial services and insurances. Since 2016 he is part odf the Red Hat Germany Management team and responsible for Application Platforms and Enterprise Automation in Germany.

Markus is a Java Champion, former Java EE Expert Group member, founder of JavaLand, reputed speaker at Java conferences around the world, and a very well known figure in the Enterprise Java world. He shapes developer strategy for Red Hat EMEA and helps our customers find the right tools to solve their challenges.

Yuri is a passionate open sourcer, working at Red Hat since 2015. He started as Sr. Middleware consultant, moved across Architect, Sr. Architect working with OpenShift, AppDev and Automation including various practically implemented lifecycles for application development in hybrid cloud environments by customers. Currently, his focus is shifting towards hybrid clouds using ARO/ROSA and GitOps automation, supporting sophisticated approaches and turning them into best practices across communities.

Bernhard Cygan is a Senior Solution Architect at Red Hat. Based on activities in Dev and Ops he learned to appreciate agile methods and processes. He deals with software technologies in the enterprise environment and regularly gives talks and workshops on agile approaches. For him, the transition from Continuous Integration to Continuous Delivery is the next logical step in the professionalization of software development.

Peter has worked for nearly 30 years in IT with focus on application development, middleware and integration platforms. He worked for major software vendor companies and is now responsible for Application Development and Middleware product sales at Red Hat in Switzerland. He is helping customers to modernize their current and new applications to Cloud-Native Application Development.

Nikolaj is a solution architect, open source committer and for many years a Red Hat employee. In his daily job, he is helping developers to improve their experience with Red Hat OpenShift in many organizations. He has previously worked at RedHat consulting enabling cloud-native application development by providing modern tooling and capabilities utilizing various Red Hat open source projects to create a streamlined development experience.

Enthusiastic software engineer with a passion for Golang and Kubernetes. Long-standing experience with Java and Golang development for App and server backend systems. Strong skills in DevOps techniques such as continuous integration, continuous deployment and cluster management as well.

Lucas is a DevOps Engineer at Adfinis SyGroup by day and an open sourcerer mage by night. DevOps is the name and application delivery is the game in his vocation.

Lukas works as Senior Solution Architect at Adfinis. He fell down the rabbit hole of cloud native technologies when Kubernetes was released and continues to explore the vast landscape. Lukas focus is on cloud native infrastructure and architectures and enabling developers to iterate quick and with confidence by providing them with the right tools and processes.

Deep is an Account Executive - Enterprise and Government for Switzerland and Austria. He has over a decade of Intel-experience throughout EMEA. Deep is intrigued by all things infrastructure, especially with the increasing application scalability and portability that multi-cloud environments bring.
