Darrell won chairman’s awards within AT&T Unix Systems Labs and Sun Microsystems for excellence in business development, as well as many awards for strong sales leadership at Novell, Lucent, Sun Microsystems, and Red Hat, through demonstrable success in delivering software, hardware, and services to multinational corporations. Darrell holds a BSc in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from Strathclyde University. Darrell has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Wright has been a Linux developer for more than 15 years, with most of this time spent working deep in the Linux kernel. During this time, Parsons also enabled the launch of a uniquely structured research and development organization within Ericsson focused on virtual/cloud radio access network (RAN), which now forms the foundation for PDU Cloud RAN. Eric has recently rejoined Ericsson from his role in the government of Canada, where he was responsible for national wireless regulatory policy and operational functions. Notably, Mårten was part of the team that systemized the first release of LTE from Ericsson. Most recently, he led the sales and business development team for one of Ericsson’s largest Nordic customers. Mårten holds a Masters of Science in Engineering Physics from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and a Masters of Industrial Economics from the University of Illinois. This is a multicloud platform used by IT, Network, Analytics, and other customer applications.   Pål joined Telenor in 2007, previously working as Senior Research Scientist. Leading the Mavenir RAN business since 2020, he has been guiding the evolution of the Mavenir CU/DU portfolio to address the current and evolving needs of service providers and enterprises globally. Significantly expanding year over year, Mavenir RAN and Small Cells products today power nationwide 4G/5G service provider networks globally and hundreds of enterprise networks.  Prior to Mavenir, he was at Qualcomm where he helped establish Small Cells and RAN Infra Business from the ground up to its industry leading position in 5G. While delivering significant growth and profitability, he successfully evolved RAN products including baseband SoC, SW, and RF through 3G/4G/5G industry transitions. He leads the Technology Architecture and Innovation Plan and oversees Telefónica’s participation in standards (O-RAN, ETSI, 3GPP, etc.) and industry fora, representing Telefónica in bodies like the GSMA, Telecom Infra Project, 5TONIC (Telefónica’s 5G ecosystem lab), INDESIA (Spanish association for the development of the Data Economy and AI in the Industrial sector), and the European Alliance for Industrial Data, Edge, and Cloud. Juan has developed a good part of his career at the Telefónica GCTIO unit with different VP positions: Technology and Architecture (2017–19), Radio Access (2016–17), Transport (2015–16), Operations and Plans (2010–11), Architecture and Plans (2008–9), and Fixed Access (2006–7). In his 32 years in the Group, he has worked in several Telefónica companies: Germany (2011–14), Data Europe (Italy 2000–2, Germany 2003–5), LatAm (1998–2000), and R&D (1990–97), playing different technology, architecture, engineering, business development, and R&D roles, with periods residing in US and Germany.  He has a Telecom Engineering degree from the Polytechnical University of Madrid and worked for seven years as associate professor of Computer Science at Carlos III University in Madrid.

He has led the vertical in Red Hat for the past five years and has more than 27 years of experience working with operators and vendors throughout the region. Passionate about technology and its impact on the world, Ben has most recently focused on the adoption of open source technology and value creation for customers through innovation from the community. Ben expands Red Hat’s business in the region through direct and indirect channels and partners. Prior to joining Red Hat, Ben held sales leadership roles for Alcatel-Lucent, Netcracker Technologies, Spike Networks, Telstra, and Macquarie Telecom Group. He moved to Singapore in 2010 with Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs Ventures to lead the commercialization of new ventures in the region and spent seven years leading the sales effort in network functions virtualization for both Alcatel-Lucent and Netcracker. She partners closely with TME leadership, field, and marketing, while also fostering engagement and executive influence between Red Hat and IBM.   Prior to Red Hat, Gretchen spent 10 years at Microsoft and Avanade/Accenture where she held several strategy and market research roles. At Avanade/Accenture, she engaged with C-level and senior executives, leading corporate strategy, business planning, and GTM strategies and execution. Often Gretchen was on point to drive growth initiatives across Avanade, Accenture, and Microsoft. Before Microsoft, she was a strategy consultant for an M&A firm supporting mid-market clients.   Gretchen holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a masters degree in technology and telecommunications from Georgetown University.   An East Coast transplant, Gretchen now lives in beautiful Seattle with her seven-year-old son and ten-year-old daughter. One of her greatest nonprofessional accomplishments was participating in a solo 26-mile outrigger canoe race, crossing the channel between Maui and Molokai, Hawaii.

Honoré joined Red Hat as Vice President, Industry Verticals & Edge with primary focus on Telco, Media, & Entertainment (TME) and Edge.  Most recently, she was asked to lead the global TME Partner EcoSystem Success function and team.  In this role, she has global responsibility for the success of the Telecom, Media, Entertainment and Edge ecosystem of partners including NEPs, ISVs, OEMs, Global System Integrators, and Hyperscalers, ensuring rapid deployment of cloud-native applications at scale leveraging Red Hat’s open, hybrid cloud technologies, 5G, OSS/BSS, Cloud RAN, cloud networking, and more.     Prior to Red Hat, Honoré was Vice President, Global Market & Business Development for VMware’s Telco and Edge Cloud business unit. In this role, she was tasked to build and lead VMware’s Telco vertical GTM strategy and execution including the ecosystem of partners that serve this market.  She also held market and business development leadership roles on the Healthcare, Public Sector, and SLED teams.   Honoré is a seasoned technology executive having held senior positions in sales, business development, marketing, strategy, and operations in both software and hardware companies including Cisco/NetSolve, Nortel, N.E.T., and AT&T with a particular focus on transformational vertical industries and adoption of emerging technologies as well as building, developing, and scaling the ecosystem models to support these industries and technologies.   Throughout her career, Honoré has received numerous industry awards, including Global Business Telecom magazine’s Top 50 Women in Telecom to watch. Sanjay Aiyagari is a Principal Architect for Vertical Innovation at Red Hat working primarily with service providers and financial services businesses.  With a long background in networking (Cisco) and virtualization (VMware), at Red Hat he is now helping enterprises use these capabilities to build out secure cloud-based AI systems.   Prior to Red Hat, he ran product management and strategy for Siaras, a startup and pioneer in the multicloud networking space.  Before that he spent six years at VMware, where he advised the world’s largest telcos in virtualizing their critical real-time network functions. Beyond typical product delivery roles at Cisco, he also contributed as one of the earliest key members to the OASIS AMQP specification, which is widely used in cloud management, financial trading, transportation, and military systems today.  He has contributed to numerous industry groups, including OASIS, the ENI group of ETSI, and the IOWN global forum, and is currently running the Enterprise Neurosystem's Secure Connectivity working group, as well as contributing to inputs for the White House's National AI Research Resource and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Technology Executive Committee.   Mr. Aiyagari has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University.

While working for Alcatel-Lucent he joined the internal startup that pioneered the telco cloud which eventually became known as network function virtualization (NFV). Prior to joining Red Hat, Michael worked for Netcracker, a leading OSS/BSS provider, where he focused on NFV, end-to-end orchestration, and digital transformation.
