Dirk-Peter van Leeuwen
Senior Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific, Red Hat Asia Pacific & Japan

Dirk-Peter van Leeuwen is senior vice president and general manager for Red Hat in Asia Pacific and Japan. Van Leeuwen is responsible for expanding Red Hat's business throughout the region.

Joining Red Hat in 2004, van Leeuwen helped establish operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg (Benelux). Soon after, his responsibilities expanded to include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Central Europe, and later Eastern Europe.

Under van Leeuwen’s leadership since 2009, Red Hat APAC’s revenue has increased more than five-fold in 10 years. Van Leeuwen has a deep understanding of the enterprise software market and channels in both Asia Pacific and Europe.

With over 25 years of IT industry experience, van Leeuwen has a proven record in helping numerous companies in Europe and Asia succeed with the use of innovation and technology. Prior to Red Hat, van Leeuwen was a European director for PlanetWeb Inc. and director of Northern Europe for SCO, where he built its sales operations in Benelux and the Nordic region.
Red Hat Singapore in 2017 won “Best Tech Company to Work For”, an award given by the Singapore Computer Society.

Andrew Habgood
Senior Director and Head, Partners and Alliances, Red Hat Asia Pacific

Andrew brings over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry, with more than 10 years leading Asia Pacific teams, and large country (Japan) teams. Currently, Andrew leads the Partner & Alliances organisation for Red Hat in the Asia Pacific region.

As the head of Red Hat’s Partner organisation, Andrew is responsible for building a first class partner ecosystem, including cloud providers, systems integrators and GSI, ISV and technology partners, and other partner types that can take Red Hat's leading position in the open source IT infrastructure market to customers across all industries and segments.

Before taking this position, Andrew was responsible for Red Hat’s Cloud and Strategic Partner business across APAC, and served as the interim leader of the Japan Red Hat Partner and Alliances organisation, where he led the overall partner strategy and execution for Red Hat K.K.

Prior to joining Red Hat, Andrew had a 15-year professional career at HP, where he worked in a variety of roles across multiple technology streams, including Unified Communications, Network Technologies, Secure infrastructure, and Cloud and Data Centre transformations. Most recently he led the Technology Consulting Strategic Alliances portfolio across Asia Pacific and Japan.
An avid sportsman, when he is not hanging off the slide of a cliff, Andrew volunteers as a coach in junior and representative sports programs.

Frank Feldmann
Vice President, APAC Office of Technology, Red Hat

Frank brings in more than two decades of experience in the field of open source. Under his leadership, the APAC Technology office addresses APAC business requirements and strives to better align our technology agenda and message across the business units, sales and customer landscape. Pre-sales, Specialist Sales, Product Management and Field Enablement are key functions of Frank’s office. Prior to this role, Frank was also the Senior Director, Strategic Business Development, where he was responsible for the growth of all Red Hat non- RHEL (Linux) products and solution offerings in Asia Pacific.

Frank had held several successful leadership roles in Red Hat since 2008, ranging from marketing, strategic sales, field enablement to product management.

Prior to Red Hat, Frank worked with VMware as Managing Director of their Software- Defined Data Center (SDDC) for Asia Pacific and at Novell Asia Pacific in the role of Technical Alliance Manager. He was responsible for technical relationships with IBM, Hewlett Packard and Dell. Prior to relocating to Asia, Frank co-owned and managed a Java services company in the Netherlands specializing in JBoss Middleware technology. Frank has a business degree in computer science and economics and has been instrumental in many product and technology shaping activities throughout his career.

Helen Kim
Senior Director and Head of Marketing, Red Hat Asia Pacific

As the Head of Red Hat Asia Pacific Marketing, Helen Kim is an engaged and passionate leader for the region whose focus is on delivering a material increase in awareness of Red Hat’s open source technology leadership and differentiated portfolio, generating demand for our products and developing leadership and expertise on her team. Helen believes that her role is to deliver on the vision of sustained growth and empower her people and the organization to achieve it’s goals. She and her team have achieved key milestones in demand generation, digital and social marketing, marketing operations, market development, corporate communications and partner marketing and look forward to continuing their journey to embrace data-driven marketing.

Viju Chakarapany
Senior Director, Solution Architecture & Enablement, Red Hat Asia Pacific

Viju Chakarapany is the Senior Director and Head of Red Hat’s Asia Pacific APAC Solution Architecture (SA) and Enablement teams. He believes that open source is the future of innovation, and it also can help positively transform people, businesses, operations and processes. For over two decades now, he has built, transformed and led dynamic teams in sales, pre-sales, services and business management across APAC and the Middle East, including a 16-year stint at Microsoft. A Harvard Business School alumnus, Viju also recently completed the Red Hat Accelerated Leadership Development Program, where he honed his strong leadership skills in team-building, razor-sharp business focus and the ability to ‘fail fast, learn fast’. His passions include running, completing marathons, fundraising for better children’s education and health, and counselling young students as part of the Harvard Business School Club of Singapore’s mentorship program.

Sandra Ng
Group Vice President, IDC's Asia/Pacific Practice Group.

Sandra Ng is the Group Vice President heading IDC's Asia/Pacific Practice Group. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for thought leadership and deep-dive insights and advisory content on IDC's 3rd Platform disruptive pillars of Cloud, Mobility, Big Data Analytics, and Social along with C-suite (CIO, CMO, CEO, COO, CFO and CxO) research and tech buyer engagements as well as the Service Provider industry.

Arunava Chakrabarty
Director Channel Scale and Partners, Asia Pacific Japan Territory, Intel Corporation

Arunava Chakrabarty brings in over 23 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience in APJ region. He is currently the Director for the Channel Scale and Partners team for Asia Pacific and Japan Territory for Intel Corporation, managing Intel’s sales across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and responsible for regional Partner and Distribution programs across Asia Pacific & Japan.

Prior Role: He was the Director of Account Sales in South East Asia and Australia, New Zealand managing channel and partner sales.

He has extensive experience in Distribution sales, Partner/Retail Sales as well as Partner and Distribution programs across Asia Pacific region. He has lived and worked across various cities in India before relocating to Singapore in 2011. Prior to Intel he has worked with the HCL group in India. Arunava has a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Adam Burden
Intelligent Cloud and Engineering lead and Chief Software Engineer, Accenture

Adam Burden is Accenture’s Intelligent Cloud and Engineering lead and Chief Software Engineer. In this role, Adam is responsible for accelerating Accenture's growth in cloud and custom solutions, setting a new market standard for truly integrated, full-stack cloud and engineering capabilities. In addition, Adam oversees Accenture's partnerships with AWS, Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun), Google Cloud, ServiceNow as well as IBM & Red Hat. Adam also serves as the innovation lead for Accenture in ASEAN (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand) and is a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee.

Ravi Maguluri
Chief Technology Officer for the Cloud and Managed Services, Sify Technologies Ltd.

Ravi is the Chief Technology Officer for the Cloud and Managed Services at Sify Technologies Ltd. Ravi works with Sify Customers on Cloud Strategy, Cloud Architecture and their Digital Ambition journey through development of cloud enhanced applications.

He is responsible for the Cloud Management Platform, Service Portfolio Management, Product Management and General Management. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Guhan Muthusamy
Chief Architect and heads Product, Technology and delivery, Mindgate

He has been the Chief Architect and heads Product, Technology and delivery in Mindgate where he is responsible for product architecture and strategic technology decisions for retail, corporate and central bank market infrastructure related to digital payments and collections that includes Unified Payment Interface, Direct Benefit Transfer, Bharat Bill Payment Systems, Seamless API based payment enablement for leading Public, Private sector and Multi-National Banks.

Guhan joined Mindgate in 2009 as part of the founding team and has been pivotal in ensuring an open, scalable, and secure architecture platform to meet the needs of financial institutions including Banks and Government Agencies. Over the past 20+ years, he has architected products and solutions spanning for a large scale implementation. Before joining Mindgate, he was the Software Architect and Head of Technology for Byzan Systems pioneering payments and security systems for leading MNC Banks and payment aggregators. Guhan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology Durgapur. His main areas of interest are Internet scale distributed architectures and intelligent systems on Digital Payments and Transactions space. He is passionate about technology, society, and teaching.

Warwick Sweeney
Chief Technology Officer, Integral Technology Solutions

As Integral’s Chief Technology Officer, Warwick manages a large team of IT professionals dispersed across Australia. Working closely with his team, Warwick delivers solutions to major private and public sector clients. He is responsible for helping shape Integral’s technology direction and has been heavily involved in establishing the very strategic Red Hat OpenShift and Identity practices within Integral.

With over 25 years technology experience in a number of sectors including telecommunications, higher education. transport, utilities and financial services, Warwick has worked in diverse roles ranging from technology concept and strategy through to delivery, project and program management and organisational restructures. Warwick’s natural leadership skills come to the fore on multifaceted projects where his team provides enterprise and solution architecture, digital experience and innovation, software application development and system integration services. He doesn’t shy away from responsibility but always involves his team in creating collaborative and innovative solutions via Integral’s full application life cycle delivery.
