Bringing enterprise-ready Kubernetes to every industry
When: Wednesday, March 23, 4:00pm-4:50pm
Abstract: Together, GPUs and Kubernetes have emerged as the leading platform for modern, compute-intensive applications, which are increasingly powering modern life. Fueling these innovations is a partnership between Red Hat and NVIDIA, who are on a mission to ease the adoption of AI across the enterprise by providing central IT with new, integrated cloud-native solutions. In this session, you will hear about what’s new from Red Hat and NVIDIA to bring AI to every enterprise.
Speakers: Erwan Gallen, Senior Principal Product Manager- Technical, Red Hat
Erik Bonhorst, Senior Product Marketing Manager for EGX and Cloud-Native Technologies, NVIDIA
Accelerating Kubernetes hybrid clouds with BlueField DPUs and OpenShift for Ultimate security and efficiency
When: Thursday, March 24, 1:00pm-1:50pm
Abstract: Red Hat® OpenShift® is a leading software-defined container platform built on Kubernetes. The growing demand for datacenter security, application performance, and infrastructure scaling are pushing software-only solutions to their limits. The NVIDIA BlueField data processing unit (DPU) ignites unprecedented innovation for modern datacenters, delivering a broad range of advanced networking, storage, and security services for complex compute and AI workloads that support software-defined, hardware-accelerated cloud datacenters. NVIDIA and Red Hat work together to manage and orchestrate DPUs using Red Hat OpenShift to create next-generation hybrid cloud infrastructure that spans on-premise datacenters, cloud computing—all the way to the edge of the network. Join this session to learn about the next wave of computing in datacenters and its impact on the hybrid cloud computing. We will showcase how NVIDIA's DOCA SDK can be used with Red Hat OpenShift to unlock the power of The NVIDIA BlueField DPU.
Speakers: Kris Murphy, Senior Principal Software Engineer - Computational, Red Hat
Ash Bhalgat, Senior Director, Cloud, Telco & Cybersecurity Market Development, NVIDIA
Accelerating rapid drug discovery and development with NVIDIA’s DGX-A100 systems, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and NVIDIA Clara Discovery in highly regulated environments
When: Session on-demand
Abstract: Join this session to hear about harnessing the latest computational technologies to achieve better performance while maintaining the compliance and certifications required in highly regulated environments. GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) helps improve the health of millions of people around the world by discovering, developing, and manufacturing innovative medicines, vaccines, and consumer healthcare products. GSK will share their unique experience in building, configuring, and operating a cluster of NVIDIA’s DGX-A100 systems with Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® and NVIDIA Clara Discovery framework.
While this type of high performance computing (HPC) infrastructure alone provides many benefits to the R&D process, you'll also learn how GSK is streamlining drug and vaccine discovery using the intersection of medicine, genetics, and artificial intelligence.
Speakers: Mike Cross, Principal Product Owner of HPC, GlaxoSmithKline plc.
Jamie Pollard, Principal Solution Architect, Red Hat
Tim Crook, Senior HPC Engineering, GlaxoSmithKline plc.
Using open source tools to bring high-performance to ModelOps process
When: Session on-demand
Abstract: Learn how AI/ML practitioners strategically use NVIDIA's graphical processing units on Red Hat® OpenShift® clusters to easily train and deploy high-performance models from multiple frameworks: TensorRT, TensorFlow, ONNX, PyTorch, and others. In this session, you will hear how Red Hat and NVIDIA harness AI innovation using open source projects, such as the Open Data Hub, as well as Red Hat OpenShift Data Science to personalize AI/ML solutions, and develop and deploy AI models while automating the entire process using open source tools.
Speaker: Karl Eklund, Principal Architect, Red Hat
