CI/CD and zero downtime deployments using Ansible automation

Watch recording from February 19, 2020

Ansible® is an agentless IT automation technology that helps teams manage complex, multi-tier deployments and automate repetitive tasks. Its simple language (YAML, in the form of Ansible Playbooks) makes it easy for teams across an organization to share, vet, and manage automation content.

In this webinar, we’ll demonstrate how to use the new features in Red Hat Ansible Tower 3.6, a component of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, to create continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for deploying web applications to any public cloud provider and Kubernetes cluster. Topics include:

  • Using webhooks, branch prompting, workflow approvals, and notifications.
  • Running Ansible Tower job workloads on Kubernetes clusters using container groups.
  • Using auto scaling groups for zero downtime deployments on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Deploying web applications on Kubernetes clusters using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.

Live-event date: Wednesday, February 19, 2020 | 2 p.m. SGT
