Making private cloud easier: A Day-2 Ops demo

Watch recording from December 12, 2019

Keeping an eye on your clouds is critical. Monitoring the infrastructure of your clouds—including nodes, data plane development kits (DPDKs), graphics processing units (GPUs), networks, and cloud services—is critical to ensuring your private IaaS is online and running smoothly. However, doing this monitoring at scale can place a major management strain on infrastructure.

Join this webinar to learn how a service assurance framework (SAF) monitors OpenStack® clouds and scales the data stream throughput required for multiple large-scale clouds. You’ll see how an SAF streamlines the entire process, including:

  • Aggregating metrics from multiple clouds using an open source approach.
  • Collecting data and passing it to Prometheus and Elasticsearch on Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform, triggering highly-customizable alerts to you only when necessary.
  • Tracking consistently for visibility into application infrastructure availability, performance, and troubleshooting.

We’ll close by sharing development plans for insight into future releases of the SAF.
