For enterprises and digital-native companies alike, infrastructure is a competitive weapon — not just a cost center. Does your operating system accelerate your business or tax it?

Join Red Hat and Google Cloud experts as they explore how standardizing on Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Google Cloud transforms infrastructure from a bottleneck into a velocity lever — what IDC calls "controlled acceleration." Drawing on new IDC research based on interviews with seven global enterprises, this session breaks down how organizations are eliminating configuration drift, boosting deployment frequency by nearly 3x, and increasing developer efficiency by 47%, without sacrificing governance or compliance.

We'll explore how leading organizations are operationalizing AI workloads, automating security to reduce mean time to detect by 98%, and ensuring compliance without slowing down. Backed by IDC research indicating a 305% ROI, we will demonstrate how to build an infrastructure foundation that scales with your business rather than against it. Whether you are scaling AI models or streamlining CI/CD pipelines, discover why RHEL on Google Cloud is the critical OS partner for your next phase of growth.

  • How standardizing on RHEL for Google Cloud accelerates time to market — and what IDC's finding of 37% faster delivery means for your roadmap
  • Why OS governance is the foundation of a scalable AI strategy, and how organizations are moving AI workloads from experiment to production with confidence
  • How RHEL's proactive security model reduced mean time to detect by 98% and mean time to recovery by 76% — without slowing innovation
  • The business case in numbers: 305% three-year ROI, 8-month payback, and $15.3M in average annual benefits per organization, validated by IDC across seven global enterprises
  • How to extend your existing RHEL investment directly to Google Cloud — preserving your governance model, lifecycle management, and compliance controls without rebuilding from scratch
