Using auto-scaling capabilities in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.2

Watch recording from March 26, 2020

Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform provides several application programming interface (API) resources for managing workloads, including MachineAutoscaler and ClusterAutoscaler. By declaring these resources in your cluster, Red Hat OpenShift adapts to your workloads by automatically adding or removing worker nodes in real time. This feature simplifies the administration of your cluster because you no longer need to manually track consumption and take the appropriate actions.

Join this session to learn about:

  • Managing workloads with MachineAutoscaler and ClusterAutoscaler.
  • Using the OpenShift Autoscaler by observing a real-time simulation.
  • Configuring the Machine Autoscaler after simulating a workload.
  • Simplifying the administration of your cluster.
