Dirk-Peter van Leeuwen is Senior Vice President and General Manager for Red Hat in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. In this role, he is responsible for expanding business throughout these regions.

Van Leeuwen, who is based in Singapore, has a deep understanding of the enterprise software market and channels in both APAC and Europe. Since joining Red Hat in 2004, he has helped establish operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg (Benelux), Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and central and eastern Europe. Under his leadership since 2009, Red Hat APAC revenue in particular has increased more than fivefold. Prashant joined IBM in 2001 as a Research Scientist at IBM’s Thomas J. Watson Research Center in New York, after completing his PhD in Computer Science from the State University of New York, Stony Brook. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1996.

In 2007 Prashant accepted an international assignment to IBM India-South Asia to lead strategic deals in the region, ultimately moving to the India business in 2008. Prashant served in multiple roles in the region including large deals, Watson and Cloud, and CTO for IBM India. In August 2018, Prashant took on the role of CTO for IBM's Asia Pacific region.

Prashant is a recipient of numerous corporate and academic awards and honors. He has served as chairman, panelist and speaker in leading local and international conferences, press and media. Prashant volunteers at Pacific Rim Robotics - his wife's company - to teach robotics and AI to children. He has nanodegrees in Deep Learning, Autonomous Driving and Bioinformatics.

Jeong Han Kim is the chief information officer of Lotte Card, a major credit card company in South Korea.

Since becoming CIO in 2014, Kim has led Lotte Card through the most notable digital transformation in its history based on his expertise of both credit card business and IT infrastructure. Under Kim's leadership, Lotte Card successfully launched user application and digital payment system on the PaaS cloud to improve user experience(UX) in 2018.

Through the significant innovative experience, Kim has been working on the migration of Lotte Card's core banking system to the PaaS cloud; the migration will be accomplished by end of this year.

Prior to this, Max spent 12 years with IBM and Lotus, most recently as Regional Manager, Small & Medium Business, for IBM Software in ANZ.
