Marjet Andriesse is a seasoned leader, with more than 25 years’ experience in driving customer satisfaction, sales and revenue growth, leading companies through transition as well as organizational management for technology and professional services firms across Europe and Asia.  As the general manager and vice president of Red Hat, Marjet is instrumental in driving the next phase of growth for the company in the Asia-Pacific region and leading initiatives to enable customer success with open hybrid cloud technology. In this role, Marjet also manages the engagement with enterprise customers and the emerging technologies sales and support capabilities across the Asia Pacific region. Marjet’s experience spans industries including logistics and telecommunications as well as HR services in a variety of leadership positions. Before joining Red Hat, Marjet was the managing director of Telstra in Asia Pacific responsible for delivering the company’s corporate strategy in the region. Prior to Telstra, Marjet’s career also included working with Randstad and KPN NV in national and international management positions spanning Europe and Asia. Marjet is a Dutch native and holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.

Rahul Vijayan is a product manager who helps customers identify and solve problems using next generation technologies. Rahul works on optimizing Red Hat solutions and products that matter to the current market. He has enjoyed working various roles in IT—including developer, engineer, delivery, and presales. Rahul is most satisfied solving business challenges for customers and helping them get to the next level.

Paul is responsible for driving the adoption of Red Hat’s Managed Services offerings across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. He focuses on the go to market strategy, product-market fit and joint execution between Red Hat and our greater partner ecosystem to help customers focus on delivering better, more innovative applications.  Paul has over 15 years experience in the technology industry with the last 8 years working in regional business development roles - with HP, HPE and then Micro Focus and now Red Hat -  helping enterprise customers improve the way they deliver software - from quality assurance, to lifecycle management through to implementing Agile and DevOps capabilities. Previous to this, he worked in various roles from consulting to presales helping customers implement best practices around application delivery. Paul has a degree in Software Engineering (Honours) as well as Business Management from the University of Queensland, Australia. In his free time he is a hobbyist mobile app developer.

At Red Hat APAC, Nicholas is the Technical Product Manager for Management Solutions in the APAC Office of Technology. He spends much of his time engaging his audiences in both the enterprise and community space on Red Hat Management and Automation portfolio capabilities. Nicholas regularly conducts technical workshops for container platform management and automation. He enjoys sharing best practises and experiences at Community Meetups and events around APAC region including GovWare, Cloud Expo Asia, Security Exchange, Ansible Automates etc. He previous tenure at IBM, RSA, EMC, F5 Networks, Imperva has given exposures to different technologies to appreciate the challenges customers have today.

Hwee Ming is a product manager with Red Hat focusing on Cloud Infrastructure. She is based in Singapore and supports the APJ region.  She works with customers across the region helping them leverage Red Hat Technology to build hybrid cloud solution across physical, virtualization and containerization platform.    She has also been working with service providers, adopting these technologies for Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and has worked on multiple NFV proof-of-concept and deployments across the regions. She has also been helping network equipment provider in APAC with the certification of their VNF on Red Hat Openstack platform as well as the supporting them with the joint solution with Red Hat.  Hwee Ming has also been working with managed cloud provider to build solution based on Red Hat’s cloud infrastructure technologist.   Before Red Hat, Hwee Ming worked with HP and she has over 15 year experience in the industry working on OSS, Next Generation Intelligent networks, Converged networks, NOC consolidation and regulatory compliance. She has also work with customer in other sectors focusing on IT transformation and data centre consolidation based on ITIL processes. 

Prasad is a specialist solution architect with focus on Red Hat cloud and automation portfolio. He has more than 8 years of experience working on Red Hat's Emerging Technology Solutions.

In his current role he helps large enterprise customers to adopt cutting edge Red Hat  cloud and automation technologies.

Ian is Chief Strategist, Global Service Providers and Emerging Industries for Red Hat, the world’s leading provider of open source technologies.  Ian brings industry and open source community insight to his role as a global strategic advisor for customers and partners, helping them catalyse business transformation and drive value from an open source suite of innovative, trusted, high-performing multi-vendor technologies and solutions.  Ian works closely with global customers and partners across industries to accelerate the development and deployment of emerging digital applications and services. Previously, Ian was responsible for global service provider architecture at Cisco, leading their SDN/NFV vision and business transformation strategy.  With his extensive background in system engineering, product management, and business, Ian has proven expertise in helping organizations navigate and succeed in today’s fast-paced competitive environment. Ian grew up in Owen Sound, just a few hours north of Toronto in Canada, and spent the first half of his career designing and building communications networks for operators and governments around the world (e.g Petronas Towers, MCI/Verizon, SBC/ATT, Canada Post, Bell Canada, Telus, Rogers, Department of Defense, CSIS, Bank of Canada) and was the chief communications engineer for the Canadian global embassy network (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Ian is a very active and sought after speaker for engagements at many emerging technology, industry, and customer forums. Ian is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, and holds a B.A.Sc (Honours) in Electrical Engineering from University of Waterloo.

Vincent Caldeira is a Chief Financial Services Technologist at Red Hat in APAC. In this role, he is primarily responsible for supporting financial services customers in defining their digital transformation roadmap while using Red Hat® thought leadership and engineering capabilities in the implementation of open standards, open source, and open architecture on their journey. With more than 11 years in the banking sector shaping target architecture and technology roadmaps, Vincent has driven talented engineering teams to build, integrate, and operate critical technology platforms. Vincent has also spent more than 6 years in the financial technology sector building an award-winning track record for delivering cloud-based, innovative software solutions in a startup environment.

In his current role Blake delivers consulting services relating to Ansible Automation Platform and automation adoption/transformational services as part of Red Hat Open Innovation Labs. He has been working in and with enterprise IT for over 20 years in many different capacities from service desk, team lead, data centre management to technical lead.

Seema Kumar leads technology strategy and programs for the Global Partner Solutions organization at Microsoft India. In this role she works closely across the diverse partner ecosystem of GSIs, services and ISV organizations, align and enable them on Microsoft technologies, accelerate repeatable IP based solutions and practice development. She leads a diverse team of technology professionals specialized on solution areas across Cloud Infrastructure, Application Innovation, Data, AI, Business Applications, Modern Work and Security. Prior to joining Microsoft, Seema spent over 15 years at IBM India, accumulating diverse experiences, leading technical and business functions across product development, offering management, developer ecosystems and technical pre-sales. She has managed several global and domestic missions, nurturing and growing strong technical talent. Seema is a regular speaker at various technical conferences and the author of three technical patents.

Ranganath is responsible for bringing in thought leadership across HPE Hybrid IT business and delivering best in class technology experience for customers. He works closely with the enterprise segments, understanding their business and technical needs, developing HPE’s point of view aligned to HPE Technology Vision.

With more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Ranganath is an accomplished Technologist and Management Executive across core ICT technologies working predominantly in the India and Asia Pacific & Japan region. He has done various customer centric roles across Sales, Product development and Consulting in these geographies. Before joining HPE, Ranganath served as Director, Enterprise Research for IDC India and was responsible for the overall Enterprise research in areas including Hardware - Server, Storage and Networking, Enterprise Software, Enterprise Services and emerging technologies like Cloud, IoT, AI, Big Data etc. Prior to IDC, Ranganath served as Regional Sales Director for Spectra-APJ and EMEA and earlier as Director, Product Management, Asia Pacific and Japan for HPE Storage. He has also held management roles with HCL Infosystems and CADD Centre. Widely known in the Industry for his insights on Technology and its articulation, he is a regular speaker at Customer & Industry forums. He is also a Mentor of change with Niti Aayog, Government of India.

Ranganath Sadasiva has a Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Srini has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, with acquired skills spanning across enterprise architecture, data center design and optimization, consulting, and building Technologist teams, he also has in-depth knowledge with respect to the Indian enterprise Market and trends across the Industry. His experience spans working with customers in multiple regions and in various market segments including HPC, Data Analytics and AI. He carries multiple industry certifications with regards to administration, process, and design of enterprise infrastructure. Currently as Enterprise Technologist he is the Principal Architect for Big-Data Analytics, Cloud, HPC among others. He is also responsible for Strategic Alliances and evangelizing Dell’s solutions and portfolio across the broad Dell Portfolio of products and solutions.

Chandra has been with Ingram Micro 6+ years, with a primary focus on IT Automation and Modernization in Opensource portfolio across APAC Region. He is accelerating and enabling the internal team with automation practices across 9 countries. He is instrumental in the growth of industry leading Automation & Public Cloud, including automation service capabilities, as well as the Kubernetes & Containerization adoption within Ingram. He manages a team of coders based in Indonesia. With over 2 decades of experience in IT, Chandra brings a broad experience in IT transformation, innovative execution and cross-functional teamwork. Before joining Ingram, he was responsible for developing, managing and servicing the company’s automation journey in global data centers.

Sridhar Sabesan is the Director of Platform Engineering, leading the development and qualification of Western Digital platform products – Ultrastar Data60/102 - JBODs, Hybrid JBODs, Ultrastar Serv60+8 - Dense Storage Servers, Ultrastar Edge & Edge-MR : Portable Edge Servers, OpenFlex E3000-F3200/Data24 - NVMeoF JBOFs and WD Resource Manager - Management software. He is also responsible for global proof of concepts, ecosystem development and customer engagements. He has led and delivered multiple industry first products in Western Digital, Broadcom (LSI) and Intel. He has a wide experience across multiple generations of servers & storage and is a noted speaker in multiple industry forums like OCP, CIO Klub, SNIA, others and has done tens of product evangelisation in boot camps.

Over 20+ years’ experience in business development in technology industry. Currently leading Western Digital Embedded portfolio and actively engaged with OEMs, Tier 1’s, ODMs and Startup companies to provide them WDC/SanDisk storage solutions . Previously worked in processor companies like Freescale Semiconductors , now NXP, and supported customers in Automotive & Telecom segments.

Prem leads a team of technology experts at Nutanix, who are responsible for working closely with customers in facilitating their journey towards the Enterprise Cloud.

He and his team are instrumental in driving Nutanix solutions’ adoption in transformational projects for our customers. Prem bring with him over 15 years of rich industry experience. He holds expertise in areas such as Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), hybrid and multi-cloud, orchestration/automation, application and infrastructure automation, DevOps, Containers/Micro-services architectures, and many more.

Aditya is a Sales Engineer for Dynatrace covering India and SAARC region. He works with diverse customer base from Financial services, Retail to ECommerce . His primary focus is to evangelize Digital transformation with Dynatrace at its core.

Mukul is an expert technology executive with over 16 years of professional experience in areas of 5G Edge, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, Telco Core Networks. He is an experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunication industry. He has strong technical sales background in Pre-Sales, Sales, and Partner Management.

Anuva Ambastha joined Red Hat in 2013 as a Senior Solution Architect . Anuva  is an experienced Technical Architect having 20 years of experience in the software industry with expertise in cutting edge technologies and competencies. In her career, she has worked extensively with Middleware technologies and  she  strives to make open source technology both practical and workable for enterprise users by  balancing her technical expertise, understanding of business processes and IT problems faced at the enterprise level along with her passion for open source. She has contributed to the progress of several milestone projects which have not only touched the lives of millions but have been a true amalgamation of technology and innovation.

Vaibhav is an Associate Principal Specialist Solution Architect for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. Out of his over 18 years of total rich industry experience and expertise in application development and platforms, he has spent more than 10 years during two stints in Red Hat working on Open Source, innovative and many first of its kind solutions.

In his current role, Vaibhav is responsible for working directly with clients for OpenShift & Cloud Native related technologies.

Being hands on and technology passionate, he has helped many organisations across Telecom, FSI, Public Sector and Mid Market to adopt and be successful with OpenShift, Containers, Cloud Native Technologies, DevOps, and Microservices.
